It was quite an adventure! Over six days at Sibos, one of the world’s largest financial industry events, we provided comprehensive photographic coverage for our client. From documenting the exhibition booth, conferences, and meetings, to over a dozen panel discussions featuring their representatives, as well as an intimate dinner and a reception with hundreds of guests — we ensured every aspect of their presence was captured.
The schedule was intense, demanding flawless organization, constant coordination, and on-the-fly problem-solving. Images were delivered in real time to support communications across multiple channels, keeping our client’s activities visible, engaging, and consistently well-documented.
